Abstract (EN)

In this research; pumice aggregate, waste marble dust and tragacanth added engineering properties of cement-based composite materials were investigated. Weight 10%, 30% and 50% of 0-2 mm, pumice aggregate 2-4 mm and 4-8 mm grain size, 10% and 20% obtained by passing the 0.25 mm sieve waste marble dust, 0%, 0.5% and 1% in tragacanth and CEMI 42.5 N type composite building material has been prepared using portland cement. Thermal conductivity of the composite samples prepared above, water absorption, compressive strength, abrasion loss, density, high-temperature, freeze-thaw tests were conducted. Also the results using a mathematical model previously developed to determine the thermal conductivity was found theoretically. Found these theoretical results were compared with experimental results. Microstructures of the composite samples no. from 3512 was examined using SEM analysis. Pumice aggregate amount of the produced samples, the particle size, tragacanth amount increases and decreases waste marble powder quantity thermal conductivity, compressive strength, high-temperature and density decrease, abrasion loss, freeze-thaw and water absorption it was seen. Experimentally, the lowest thermal conductivity of 0.159 W / mK and with the improved mathematical modeling 0.147 W / mK is observed with values obtained from samples no. 3512.
