Özet (EN)
With the appearance of the proprietary conception, socialization process has been started; however, inequalities have been formed at the sharing of proprietary. With the industrial revolution, putting himself into the center, man has acquired the power of domination over the nature and everything surround him. After the 2nd World War, mass media have gained extensiveness and the media has become a means for the capitalism to realize its purposes. Capitalism, for the purpose of incorporating the man from every cllass into the market that it has formed; exceeeding all class differences, has bestowed a joint way of life, a joint culture which is ideal; Popular Culture.Popular Culture, with intervening the desire and identity of the society, aims at generalizing the consumption commodity that the mass media familarize continually in motion. It has been being observed that the Popular Culture had completed its evolution at its period of post-modernism.The period of post-modernism which was constructed over the disappointments that the promises could not redeemed by modernism brought, on the grounds of the inconsistencies which are on the base of it, has allowed the construction in forming the masses that are continually consuming, not querying, obeying and unable to discriminate the truth and the fiction. In this era in which the capitalism annunciated its dominance, the position of art will not be different from the societies? transformation to the silent aggregations as well. Under the liiving conditions which are getting difficult, the performer can only transform his/her art into a show that is at the shade of consumption logos. In addition to this, for all classes of society experiencing the invasion of image and indicator, the visuality that the visual arts transmit is very far from being new.In nineteen sixties, the performers leading the Pop Art, have denoted this uncertainty between art and daily life and popular culture, using consumption commodities in their Works, they have nearly mmade fun of trade marks that trails the masses or the film stars, rather the gods of the century that the media polishes. This revolutionary art motion, points to this reality, reflecting the life style of the consumption society that the popular culture has created in the period of post modernism, as it.
