Abstract (EN)

The main condition of capitalizm to exist can be provided as a result of being built consumption society, conveyed symbolic requirements with advertisement and presented life-styles. It is understood how meaning is given to advertisements and how it is conveyed to society through being used signs. In this direction, the purposes of my study are to analyse postmodern consumption society as a reproduction object by favour of technology-oriented telecommunication examples, to show how life-styles are presented and how consumption ideology is reproduced. Considering the fact that technology-oriented telecommunication examples becomean important sign of life-style, the twenty-six advertisements of Turkcell, Vodafone and Turk Telekom, which they are the most important telecommunication companies of Turkey, are analysed at a level of discursive throughout purpose of this study. These analysed advertisements have been broadcasted in 2016-2017. Consequently, it is seen that life-styles are reproduced and people are encouraged to these life-styles by favour of features related to postmodern consumption society like entertainment, estheticized life, moden, technologic, features.
