Post-Colonialism theory is an international theory that argues that many Third World Countries, which emerged as a result of the 'de-colonization' activities carried out in the new world order after the Second World War, did not originally have a real independence and relationship theory that is a more modern version of the colonial order they had in the past continues to be applied on them. In the studies on which the theory is based, the widely accepted conceptual relationship is the 'Western Great Powers-Third World Countries' approach. However, with the changing structure of the 21st century, this conceptual relationship began to be shaken and started to change within the framework of different dynamics and practitioners. The main hypothesis that the study aims to prove is the 21st century. The reason for this is that the understanding of 'Great Powers-Others' should be put in the center instead of the 'Western Great Powers-Third World Countries' relationship, which is widely accepted in studies prepared within the framework of Post-colonialism theory, on the basis of the new international order formed with the beginning of the return to a multipolar axis in the world. In addition, increasing the variety of analysis style and dynamics examined and what kind of diversity this increase can show in the direction of the political understanding and activities of the applied country will be determined as a result of the comparative analysis of different examples.
