Abstract (EN)
In this study, novel 1,2,4-triazine and pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives were synthesized as potential herbicides. The method was based on cyclocondensation of furan-2,3-diones with S-methylisothiosemicarbazide and diaminomaleonitrile. Moreover, the synthesized pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives were transformed to its corresponding new derivatives by hydrolyze reactions.The synthesized new compounds were characterized with molecular spectroscopic methods.
