Özet (EN)

Today, many systems and sensors consist of different connection combinations of resistors. Many types of sensors, such as LDR light sensors, temperature sensors, platinum sensors, are examples of sensors consisting of resistance systems. They operate according to instantaneous change of resistance values depending on temperature and ambient conditions (as Luminous). For this reason, the correct measurement of the resistors is of great importance for the accuracy of the data to be received from the sensors. Many precision resistors and capacitive sensors measurement methods with microcontroller based on charging and discharging capacitor over resistors and calculating the elapsed time. In this thesis, measurement techniques which based on finding the value of unknown resistor by RC circuit analysis by charging the capacitor and calculating the discharging times of the capacitor over known resistors with microcontroller, then charging the capacitor again and estimating discharging time of the capacitor over the unknown resistor and then comparing the discharge times are studied. With the measurement methods, it is aimed to make more accurate measurement, by determining the errors which may occur in the measurements, minimizing these errors and value of unknown resistor is found in the most accurate way. By minimizing errors in resistance measurement, the data received from the sensors will be detected more accurately.
