Abstract (EN)
In today's technology age the construction industry folds some important distance. Our technological requirements are important. After the Second World War, there was a lack of housing due to the destroyed and damaged buildings. In order to eliminate this deficiency, developed countries have sought solutions. As a result of the search for this solution, the foundation of the prefabricated buildings was laid by producing the structural elements in specially designed industrial environments before bringing the structural elements such as beams, columns and slabs to the construction area. The use of prefabricated building elements in building projects has many benefits. Briefly; reducing the cost of the project, providing the desired strength and quality of the building elements, reducing the waste of material, completing the project in a short time, and reducing work accidents at construction sites significantly. In this study, the prefabricated building types and features used in Turkey, precast concrete construction of the production and assembly stages, set out the main issues and recommendations in mentioning prefabricated construction sector from the prestressing method instance through building a prefab industry FAB 2018, Precast Design 2019 program and static equivalent earthquake load According to the calculation method of the structure was analyzed. As a result of the analyzes, moment and shear forces and reinforcement areas were compared.
