Özet (EN)
Probiotics are considered as an alternative therapeutic agent for diabetes due to their antidiabetic effect and antioxidant properties. However, the mechanism of the antidiabetic effects of probiotics has not yet been fully understood. For this reason, it is important to determine the antidiabetic effects of different isolates and to investigate the mechanisms of these effects in detail in future studies. However, the mechanism of the antidiabetic effects of probiotics has not yet been fully understood. For this reason, it is important to determine the antidiabetic effects of different isolates and to investigate the mechanisms of these effects in detail in future studies. In addition to high probiotic properties, isolates with high glycosidase activity were selected. Considering these issues, it has been determined whether or not an isolate with high effect on the pre-screening methods of isolated lactic acid bacteria has antidiabetic effect. Lactic acid bacteria were given to rats of type 1 model and their effect on diabetes was investigated
