Özet (EN)
The purpose of this study is to develop problem-based collaborative learning environment supported by dynamic web technologies and to determine its effect on academic achievement and student engagement. Since collaborative learning and problem-based learning constitute the learning methods of constructivist theory, the usage of ICT tools in these learning methods will contribute to the teaching and learning process, evaluation methods and techniques, and, consequently, ICT integration process. This study was conducted in an 8-week application process in the 2012-2013 Spring semester. 104 junior pre-service teachers in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies department in the Faculty of Education, at a university located in a metropolis constitute the study group of the research; 51 of which are daytime students and 53 of which receiving evening education.
