Observing The Relationship Between Aerobic Fitness and Match Performance in Professional Football Players This work was carried out with the aim of observing the relationship between aerobic fitness and match performance in professional football players. Professional football players n:18 (29,6 age) participated in the study. For this study, height (181 ± 0.66 cm), weight (77.8 ± 4.764 kg) body fat percentage measurements (13.7 ± 2.14) were first made to professional football players. Later in the study we applied 30-15 interval fitness field test to professional football players. The maximum speed that the person could reach at the end of the test was used as the test score. 48 hours after the aerobic fitness test, we made a soccer match and the competition was enforced within the rules of the football competition. The speed values to be taken with Gps evo (10hz) during the competition measurement are the maximum speed reached in the match (MatchMax Speed), High Intensity Running Distance (MatchHIRD) (20km/h-24km/h), Sprint Distance (Match SD) (>24km/h) and the total distance reached in the match (MatchTDR). The relationship between 30-15 interval fitness test and the match performance was examined by Pearson Corelation test. Was clear that there is a moderately significant positive correlation (p<0.05; r=.513*) between the 30-15 Intermittent fitness Test Completion Speed (Vaft) of the athletes and the total distance reached in the Match (MatchTDR). However, with the Intermittent Fitness Test Completion Speed (Vaft) was clearly noted that there is no statistically significant relationship between the maximum speed reached in the match (MatchMax Speed) (p>0.05; r=-.076) and the high intensity running distance in the match (MatchHİRD) (p>0.05; r=.149) and the sprint distance covered during the match (MATCHSprint) (p>0.05; r =-.090). According to these results, it is understood that as the finishing speed (Vaft) reached by the athletes in the test increases, the total running distance (MaçTm) covered by the athletes during the competition increases.
