Professional property owners association management contract

Scope of this study, the elements and the legal nature of the contracts between the privateor legal entities and the property owners have been tried to be determined and in this context, comparisons have been made with similar contracts and legal institutions. The establishment, form, and scope of the contract and the executive powers of the persons who have the external management task with in the scope of a general contract have been tried to be determined. In accordance with the agreement, the rights and debts of the parties were examined and the situations in which both parties were responsible to gether were evaluated. Finally, the methods of termination and the results were examined and the manner in which the disputes should be resolved in case of disputes has occurred.
