Project Management is a overall management model and is complicated and it must adapt to changing provisions in each time.Project Management allow of making a general exploration because of scope is very sweeping. Therefore, studying which we had made is more local issues was researced, in this part of the study Project Management was mentioned by high level review. In the second part, Project Management concepts were examined and tried to explain persons and systems in processes, then the values in the Project Management prosess were analysed and studied to give information about success and failure situations. In the third part, the assoaciations in the different countries were searched and nature of these assoaciation's and similarities were analysed. Following this part, Project Management Consulting Firms in Turkish construction's missions, the reason's of failure and many issue were tried to show. In this part, the survey questions about 'Invesment in Construction Project Management Consulting Firms in the Sector's Impact Analysis' were sent to firms. 'Technical Analysis Tables' were created according to feedbacks which were sent from companies. In the last part, according to survey results, the suggestions were given and current situations were tried to show. The purpose of this study is measuring the Project Management Consulting Firms's invesment's of the construction in last 15- 20 year's process.
