Risk and risk analysis in project management

This study examined the risks and risk analysis issues in project management. The importance of project management today, the low rate of success in realization of projects and not given proper attention to risk analysis in Project management has been effected determining the subject of the study. This is a theoric study. So it's a source that has been prepared with a historic method and after scanning of a lot of references/sources. It has been referred to ideas of professionals experiences and living events also in this study. This definition of risk, from the aspect of risk analysis, unclearness, types of risk, analysis of risk and techniques risk analysis have been handed down in a detailed and scientific way. To accomplish project successfully; methodologies of project management have to be well-practised, and analysis of risk have to be done inefficiently by professionals. This is only possible with defining the risks in the right time appropriate risk strategy and also with practicing appropriate risk analysis techniques.It has been understood that risk analysis is very important to accomplish projects. And to do risk analysis; risks have to be completely defined.
