Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to evaluate the validity of nanotechnological techniques which are an inter disciplinary sciences through increasing the competitiveness utilizing high added value, low energy consumption and high performance with six-sigma. For this purpose, nano silver sol was synthesized using Silver nitrate nightynine percent and sodium borohydride nightynine percent sodiumborhydride. Then the ultrasonic bath was subjected to ultrasonication for ten minutes to homogenize the obtained nano silver solution. The nano silver sol was then subjected to purification by centrifugation. Nano silver particles left Hellma quartz cuvettes synthesized were measured on UV / VIS spectrophotometer. The characterization of the nanoscale of Nano silver particles was carried out by measuring and evaluating the particle size of the nano silver sol on the Zeta-Sizer nanoparticle size measuring device. Preparation of solutions of biocompatible polymeric materials and doping of Nano silver particles into prepared solution were performed. Cellulose is oxidized with hydrogenperoksyde Chitosan solution and Chitosan-Polyvnylalcohol solution were prepared. The cellulose oxidized with hydrogenperoksyde was then coated with deacetylated Chitosan. The silver doped CarboxyMethylCellulose solution was then coated onto the fabric (cellulose) by electrospinning method. Broad Spectrum Antibacterial Tests were performed on the coated fabric, which is the final product. The validity of the nanotechnological methods covered by all these experimental studies was tested with six sigma.
