Abstract (EN)

The psychological empowerment of a human resource varies depending on his position in the organizational hierarchy, the area of authority he can be involved in, the sense of satisfaction he experiences depending on his competence and autonomy in that area. The intensity of the feeling of satisfaction is directly proportional to the human resource's taking responsibility within the organizational structure, to the taking of initiatives, to the devoting oneself to the goals and objectives of the organization, or in other words, to the psychological ownership. In this study, the psychological empowerment status of academic and administrative human resources, working in higher education institutions and whether this influences the psychological ownership dimension, are examined by considering human resources performance outputs. With well-implemented psychological empowerment policies, the psychological ownership of university human resources can be increased. As a result of the research, it was concluded that psychological empowerment has a mediating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between human resources performance.
