Earlier studies have been conducted on Transformational Leadership and Creativity. On the direct and indirect impact of psychological capital, Transformational Leadership and Creativity in this study were examined for the first time. The aim of this study was the effect of the psychological tool of capital, has been investigating the effects of Transformational Leadership and Creativity.
