Psychological capital, which consists of the dimensions of hope, self-efficacy, optimism, and psychological resilience, emphasizes that the psychological moods of employees should be examined positively. Another subject that the research deals with is the concept of devotion to work, which consists of three dimensions: vigor, commitment and concentration.
