Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to examine the relationship between psychological capital and organizational creativity. The concept of psychological capital is the development of social, economic and behavioral skills in order to increase the productivity of both the individuals himself and the organizations in which he's involved. Organizational creativity, on the other hand, is about being out of the ordinary, revealing innovations and being creative. Correlation analysis is used to understand the relationship between psychological capital and organizational creativity. However, prior to that, although the reliability of the scales was accepted, a factor analysis is conducted in this study. As a result of the research, 5 negative and 3 positive relationships are determined between psychological capital and organizational creativity at the sub-dimensions level.
