This study deals with a valuable manuscript written by the author Shams El- Din Mohamed El-Masry, who died in the year (896 AH) among the scholars of the ninth century of the Prophet's migration, for whom we did not find an adequate translation. His book has several characteristics; what pushed me to investigate it, these characteristics such as: it Combine between several well-known methods of the Interpretation of the holy Quran: the interpretation of the aphorism, the opinion, and indicative interpretation. The diversity of knowledge it contained; It also included many sciences as Hadis, Readings, Grammar, Morphology, Rhetoric And Jurisprudence, and was particularly interested in its interpretation of the linguistic and rhetorical aspect and the explanation of the syntax The author also briefly touched on issues of belief and jurisprudence, and used the sayings of the Companions, followers and famous scholars to support his opinion and idea in the explanations of the Qur'anic verses. The researcher followed the historical descriptive approach in introducing the author and his scientific biography, and the scientific method followed in investigation and commentary, as he wrote it according to the considered orthographic drawing, compared its copies and established the differences, documented the sayings of the Companions, followers, commentators, jurists, modernists and linguists and attributed them to their sources, and clarified the ambiguity as much as possible. the most important results of this research was that Al-Maqdisi was not satisfied with explaining the lexical connotations only, but he was expanding in explaining the semantic differences between words according to their contexts, and he took many sayings without attribution or reference, as he did in his quotes from the Al-Qurtubi and Al-Baydawi in most of his explanations. His sayings and inferences, and his interpretation included many of the sayings of other commentators and linguists; what prompted me to track it down and attribute it to its sources and appearances. This study ended by the most important results, indexes and the researcher's biography.
