Abstract (EN)
The most important input parameter in organizations is the human factor. The definition of the job and the correct personnel matching are done by the Human Resources Departments of organizations. The personnel assessment conducted in these departments has effect on many application areas such as employment, expulsion, promotion, demotion, efficient placement to departments, education and bonus payments. Henceforth, the performance assessment of employees is very important. Radiology departments are among the most prominent units that provide laboratory examinations for diagnosis of patient illnesses, in healthcare organizations. In the literature it is indicated than the performance assessment of radiology departments in Turkish hospitals is usually done as grading by the head of staff and kept in personnel records. In this research, the performance assessment of Radiology technologists and technicians are presented in the radiology departments of 4 hospitals in Istanbul Anatolia side, conducted by the administrator, the head of staff, collegues and the staff himself. These assesments are results of survey studies based on the 360 degree performance assesment model with certain restrictions. A likert scale is applied with a range of 5 and SPSS 21.0 is used for statistical analysis. With in the light of the proposed hypothesis, the quantitative data is compared with independent samples t test. The results are evaluated in 95% trust range and p<0.05 meaning level. According to the evaluations, there is a slight difference between the assessments of administrator-collegues and head of staff-collegues pairs. Also there is a significant difference between the assesments of administrator-self, head of staff-self and collegues-self pairs.
