This has been an exciting research topic for scientists. Initially, computers were able to use their computing capabilities. Then, it was thought that it could improve in the abilities of thinking, hearing, speaking, recognition and vision. At the basis of this idea, it is aimed to be able to perceive the external world as a human being and to provide the solution of various problems by processing the obtained data in a clever way. The computer can draw the image of what we hear or create a visual shape according to the severity of a smell. These features form the basis of computer vision. In this context, the main purpose of computer vision is to make reasonable and reasonable decisions that can be made according to the perceived data. It is anything that can be visually perceived as an object. It includes features such as detection, tracking. Computer vision consists of features such as recognizing, distinguishing, classifying, identifying, finding, changing, and verifying objects. In this direction, all operations are performed according to a certain algorithm. In recent years, when we look at the studies in the field of robotic systems, playing chess with people, tightening screws in factories, correcting spelling mistakes, smelling perfumes, diagnosing diseases etc. systems that can perform different operations in many areas have been developed. Although these systems are used safely, it is foreseen to use wider areas in the near future. In the video stream, real-time detection and tracking of a moving object is very difficult. With this thesis, an instant video image was obtained from the OpenCV image processing library with the Raspberry pi card and Python software. In addition, object detection is carried out by using the color space. With the camera to be placed on a wheeled body, a snapshot is taken and the electronic circuit is placed on this system. Environmental factors are controlled by sensors. Dc motors, motor drivers and Raspberry Pi card enable the movement and control of the robot system. All this is aimed to increase the efficiency of object detection and follow-up by using camera angle expansion. Design and modeling of object detection and tracking robot with using Raspberry Pi card. In video streaming, real-time perception of a moving object is very difficult to follow. Finally, the test results showed that the project was successfully developed. Image processing techniques enable recognition and monitoring of objects. The fact that this study can be developed in different fields makes the project attractive.
