Abstract (EN)
Risk analysis is proper identification of the risk, proper analysis of the risk and taking measures which minimise or eliminate the loss for companies. Risk analysis has a particular importance for private and state-owned companies who are in transportation sector and service sector. Aviation and maritime companies have to undertake risk analysis right and complete due to the laws they are affiliated. As for the railways, risk analysis is a new term which was started with issued new regulations and applications since May 2014. In this study, it was researched the risks that may arise the train drivers who are identified as safety critical staff in the railway systems. The relationship between demographic characteristics and risk perception of employees were investigated.
