Abstract (EN)
Textile industry and dye industry wastewater are subjected to treatment processes before being discharged to the receiving environment. Today, many technological methods are used in the treatment of wastewater. Color is a big problem in the treatment of wastewater. Physical, chemical and biological treatment methods alone are not sufficient to remove the color in wastewater. For this reason, the purification methods used are carried out one after the other or used in combination. Existing treatment systems are not fully sufficient for the removal of color in wastewater. Nanobubble technology, which is one of the developing technology areas, is used in medical imaging, tumor treatment, living growth, agriculture and cleaning. Nanobubble technology commonly describes nano- or micro-sized bubbles that are formed by the dissolution of gas under pressure and then the release of gas. Nanobubble technology has attracted the attention of the textile industry in recent years, especially in cleaning and purification, which is one of many areas. In the study, it is aimed to decolorize the colored washing wastewater formed after reactive dyeing by using nanobubble technology. In this context, nanobubble generator was designed as a prototype. Experimental studies have been carried out on the decolorization of wastewater with the use of nanobubble technology alone, with enzymes (laccase and peroxidase), ozone and hydrogen peroxide. The transmittance values (%T) of the samples obtained after decolorization were measured in the Data Color device and compared with the composite sample. After the same decolorization applied to the wastewater samples, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the samples was measured in the WTW CR 2200 device. The obtained values were compared with the composite wastewater sample.
