Accompanying the pati̇ents relatives patient rights knowledge level and services for patient satisfaction from(Including Çal service State Hospital patients relatives sample)

Health is defined as being in a perfect state by physically, socially, psychologically and economically. Healthy people are dhe ones who know how to behave according to their age and position, can adapt to the environment that they live in by speaking the same language with the society and does not have any disease, symptoms of a disease and disabilities. One of the important indicator of the quality of service in the field of health is the satisfaction of the people, who are benefiting from these services. Determining the satisfaction level is important in order to increase the quality of service and to provide better services based on expectations. Patient rights has a broad meaning that includes; health care services to be ready, sufficient and easily accessible even before people get sick, people to get the best services from health care providers when they get sick and people to benefit from necessary equipment in order to survive in case of disability. At the end of the study it is determined that; patitents and their companions are pleased of the hospitalization servicesin Çal Public Hospital and they would prefer it again.
