Theme review of Refik Halit Karay's stories of homeland and gurbet

This master thesis, which we have prepared with the title of bet Homeland and Gurbet Stories Tema, consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion parts. In the introduction part, under the title of Theme in Art and Literature, we tried to reveal the conceptual differences between the theme and the subject in terms of the meanings attributed to the theme in art and literature, and also the meanings of the theme concept in terms of dictionaries through various sources. In the first chapter, with the main title of Refik Halit Karay, we discussed the influence of the author's education and learning on the understanding of literature, the effect of journalism on his life, the art of the exile years, his stories and storytelling. In the second part, the theme analysis of the stories that make up the most important part of our thesis with the title of Refik Halit Karay's Memleket ve Gurbet Hikâyeleri (Stories of Homeland and Gurbet Stories), and by analyzing the other expert opinions written on the subject, ultimately blending our own thoughts and revealing a unique theme analysis. We tried to put. In the conclusion section, we have written the results we have reached in terms of stories and themes with positive and negative aspects, and mentioned the results of our study and the parts that can lead to further studies on this subject. We ended our work together with the Index section to make it easier for those who want to benefit from our work together with the Bibliography section.
