Abstract (EN)

It is stated Tezkire?s show that Rehayi whose birth date is not exactly known isliving in İstanbul. We confirm that poet who expressed at a line of Divan that he is aRumelian lived in 17th century in which poet wrote at the dates. We haven?t got anyinformation on hand in concerning with the educational level of Rehayi who knowsPersian well at a level of writing a poem.At Tezkire?s, it is cited that Rehayi?s poems are pleasent and popular. Hewasn?t affected by the Sebk-i Hindi movement that appeared and developed on histime period as well as wrote his poems by using simple sentences. He wrote similarpoet to Fehim-i Kadim and affected from Nabi by using his proverbs, expressions andpronounciations to public with a great skill.Rehayi appears in the face of us as a poet who depend on himself strongly.He consider himself like his countries Haydar-ı Kerrar. His poet has a beuty ofopening hearts. He uses simple sentences of Turkish and expressions using in day-to-day language skilfully.We have informations from Rehayi?s dates that he wrote about some personsin 17th century. He dated from Halveti sheik of Zakir Ahmet Çelebi?s posting,becoming a grand vizer of Siyavuş Pasha?s, being a pasha of Bekir Mustafa Pasha tothe conquest of the Çehrin castle. For this reason; it could be easily confirmeddirected to at those times and in its sociology. Three letters were existing at RehayiDivan?s which are relating to Cevheri Ahmed Çelebi, Ragıp Mehemmed Efendi andthe other is unknown. These letters were written inmost feelings.In this text; we defined Kalaycızade Mustafa Çelebi who is known as Rehayi atliterature of his poetical side and text of Divan.
