Opinions related to mainstreaming of stuff members who work in rams

The main purpose of this research is to determine of personels manner abouth mainstreaming and working in RAM which is in western Karadeniz Region Qualitative survey methot has been used in this report. Semi-Structuve technique has been conducted to gather searching data which is one of the qualitative survey method as mentioned above. The participants agreebled for mainstreaming feedback scole This survey has been realised by teacher giving personel quiadance and manager in teacher giving personel quiadance and manager in 7 province an 1 administrative district working in RAM at western Karadeniz Region . This interviev 13 directors and 22 quide teachers has been done met. The findings analyzed by inductively method. 8 themes were formed. This findings indicated that RAM?s personel have efficieny on knowledge concering mainstreming education program but, some problems were found in doing practice inıtially RAM?s personel have qualified knowledge regarding mainstremaing education program but some difficulty by doing practice were also found it has been stated that the teacher will give mainstreaming education program is acquaing has explained that RAM?s activity are diagnosis accommodate additionaly they mentioned that they have intensively done mainstreaming consultant program on the other hand it has been stated that the attendance has heavy problem concerning resource room and assistance in classroom. They have a diffuculty in finding source room on the other hand RAM has no special education teacher. The attendance has been notified that social emotinal and academic activitıes are useful for the students are taking mainstremaing education program is useful fort he teachers career and disabled students and also family?s motivation to be successful in a mainstreaming education program new source room special education instruction should olso be provided they also mentioned that increasing the number of special education teacher in province in important education?s success. The participants determined that mainstreaming feedback scoles directors and teachers mainstreaming education hasn?t been line different fixed. It is observed that the participants are at the average level and have positive attitude .
