The effect of di̇fferent anestheti̇c agents management on electrocardi̇ographi̇c changes of pati̇ents who were operated under regi̇onal intravenous anesthesi̇a

Regional intravenous anesthesia is a technique which frequently used for surgical procedure which performe on forearm and hand. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic agent which is used for RİVA. RİVA is also performed utilizing a local anesthetic combined with an adjunctive agent. A major role of adjunctive agents are to improve the efficacy, prolonged the duration of anesthesia and postoperative analgesia. Possible adjunctive agents include opioids, clonidine, neostigmine, baclofen, ketamine, muscle relaxants, paracetamol, magnesium and ketorolac. During the past decade a very critical appraisal of risk and benefits of regional anesthetic procedures has token place. There are some articles rice the noticed that potential abrupt electrocardiographic change's, bradicardi and even cardiac arrest may devoloped during this administration procedures. In our study, we planned that to evaluate the effect of lidocaine and lidocaine + ketamine on cardivascular system at regional intravenous anesthesia procedures.
