As competitive advantage in the construction industry supply chain

Supply chain provides indispensable triple of construction industry which are time-quality-cost being compatible,integrated and high performance. As providing competitive advantages of companies, presenting cheaper and more quality product to the customer because of raising customer service at top level efforts, supply chain management has an important place. How effective they are in the supply chain companies, the competitive power of companies that are increasing. Also this competitive power will ensure to satisfy increasing customer expectations. In this study, the structure of supply chain, how it is used in the manufacture and construction industry are discussed. Applied at the construction industry by creating a model that shows the supply chain is a good project managament is aimed to provide. With this study supply chain and management will provide competitive advantage to construction companies and will help to companies at industry.
