The prescribed administrative sanctions on the protection of competition law

The subject of our study is the prescribed administrative sanctions in act of the law on protection of competition. Competition area is a primarily part of social life. Because of this it is protected by administrative sanctions.In the first part of our study, the competition regulation has been tried to analyze. As also in this part the concept of administrative sanction has been tried to analyze within the theoretical framework. Because the administrative sanctions are charactered as administrative act and the prescribed administrative sanctions in competition area cover all the components of administrative act.In the second chapter of our study, the competition authority that has been authorized to apply the administrative fine and the administrative breaches that requires an administrative fine has been analyzed.At the last chapter of our study, the components as subject, procedure carried by Competion Authority and purpose of an administrative fine has been analyzed.Key Words: Competion , Competion Law , Administrative Sanctions , Turkish Competion Authority , Administrative Procedure
