Tek parti yönetiminin sivil toplum örgütlerine müdahale ve etkileri 1923-1938

The general goal of this study is to explain the quests and the bringings of the civil society in Turkey in an historical and political perspective and to contribute thus to the scientific literature. It is necessary to examine the relations between the State and the civil society starting from 1923 for reaching 1938 during which Atatürk deceased looking at the period after 1925 in which the unique party regime had been founded and at the 1930?s in which it had been established. In the Unique Party period distinguished by the determination and the establishment of the principal codes of the new states, many civil structures had been constrained to be submitted to the total control of the new regimen being repressed, the resisting organizations had been abolished until 1935 one after the other. It is true that some associations started to work like subsidiary institutions of the State and that they realized important Works about many subjects. But this fact had not been able to leave us a strong civil society culture. The authoritarian attitude of the Unique Party Regimen which is supposed to target a democratic occidental system and considered in this sense as a tutelary regimen in the academic surroundings put us in front of a contradiction even when we take into consideration the world and the Turkey of 1930?s. How will it be realized the target to reach the modern civilizations level without having a civil society structure created by free individuals? Can we accept as true and legitimate the postponement of the democratization and the civil society purposes if it really exists (there are convictions about its existence)? We tried to approach the relations between the State and the civil society in the years in which Atatürk was leading the party and the State from the theoretical and practical point of view beginning from this conception in our study.
