Özet (EN)

As the consumer electronics market undergoes rapid transformations and paced growth of the industry in the global economy, understanding the dynamics of relationships shaping consumer behavior is critical for both scholars and industry stakeholders. In a globalized marketplace influenced by ever-changing trends, this study aims to investigate dynamic interactions of factors impacting consumer choices on consumer electronics shopping. In this context, this master's thesis investigates the complex interconnections among consumer skepticism, variety seeking tendency, risk aversion, and loyalty proneness in the context of consumer electronics shopping. Utilizing established frameworks, the study aims to construct a robust methodology to examine the impact of risk aversion on loyalty proneness, customer skepticism towards new products and interaction of risk aversion and variety seeking tendency on loyalty proneness alongside of investigating relation between variety seeking tendency and consumer skepticism towards new products on loyalty proneness in the context of consumer electronics shopping. By integrating insights from literature review and previous studies, the research aims to bring an understanding of the complicated nature of consumer decision-making within the electronic retail sector.
