Relationship between motilin and gremlin 1 in rheumatoid arthritis patients

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune or inflammatory illness in which the immune system mistakenly assaults and destroys healthy cells in the body, for the most part, the current study goal is to investigate the relationship between Motilin and Gremlin 1 in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The results of the current study were conducted to measure the levels of Motilin and Gremlin 1 and some other chemical tests on patients who had rheumatoid arthritis, and the results were compared to healthy controls as a control group. The results indicate that the higher the age, the higher the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis and weight gain increases the incidence of the disease. The study also indicated that the proportion of Motilin in rheumatoid arthritis disease increased when compared to the control group of the study, it has been also found that the percentage or levels of Gremlin 1 had increased when compared to the control group. we observed significant differences in the concentrations of RF, anti-CCP, CRP, and ESR antibodies between the RA group and the control groups. The levels of ALP, RF, ESR, and ACCP are also affected, which are diagnostic markers for rheumatoid arthritis, the combined detection of the four parameters is useful when confirming a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
