External and internal reality in visual composition

Based on external and internal reality, this study examines the effects of such realities in art movements and works of art. The study composes of five chapters. In the first chapter, definitions of the reality concept and philosophical opinions on it are included, concept of composition is defined and also which definition is equivalent to visual composition in the general concept ofcomposition is explained.In the second chapter some styles, schemas, and samples that composition takes within the equivalance of composition in visual arts are included.In the third chapter, a review of effects on composition and changes in approaches to composition is made focusing on primitive, ancient Egypt, ancient Grek, far East, Christian, and Islamic artistic approaches.The fourth chapter includes a discussion called the external window and examines how events and situations experienced independently of an individual forces him/her to develop responses and how those responses play into visual composition through the processing of the inner world.The final chapter concentrates on internal window and art works related to and emerged from artists? individual lifes exemplified.
