Abstract (EN)

The aim of research is to determine the effects of evaluation of performance on career management during the strategic human resources management period in resort hotels. The research was conducted via the survey which was applied on managers, sub managers and director and chiefs of department in Hotel Enterprise in the counties of Antalya and in also Antalya. The information achieved at the end of the research in accordance with the aim of the research was analyzed and achieved by static methods (frequency, percentage of distribution, Ki-Square and ANOVA test). These analyses were achieved by using the Package program SPSS 12.0.Accordance to the evidence results at the end of this research; The resort hotels apply the performance evaluation results during defining their career goals. Besides, the resort hotels using performance evaluation results during defining their career goals, apply also these results in other departments related with the dealer.On the other hand; at the end this research; It is obvious that; sensitiveness is not showed to other subjects about equivalent establishment with the wage and the dealer goals.
