Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, it is observed that there is an intense increase in the use of mobile applications in the food and beverage industry as in almost every industry. New applications that offer different services are added to the application stores day by day. In this study, it is aimed to understand and interpret the users' attitudes towards the model by developing a multifunctional application model that can appeal to all restaurant businesses and customers. In the study, a new application model was developed by making use of the mobile application literature used in restaurants. Purposeful sampling technique was used to determine the attitudes of restaurant managers and customers towards the model. Data was collected with the interview technique, which is one of the qualitative methods, and descriptive analysis was carried out. In the first part of the study, mobile applications used in food and beverage industry and restaurants are included. In the second part, the developed mobile application model is presented. In the third part, the study to understand the attitudes of restaurant managers and customers is given. As a result of the study, it was understood that the participants had positive attitudes towards the model suggestion. In addition, the evaluations and expectations of the participants regarding the mobile applications used in the restaurants were determined.
