Our thesis, the named ?Reyyî?s `Kitâb-ı Rûşenî? called poem ferâiz (Text-Analysis)? it is about of poem written with reference to feraiz science that be a branch of fiqh sicience but in the course of time that have been formed as an individual science branch and have been started to be read in madrasahes. We have tried to analyze written poem in terms of the text and content by predicating the work named Ferâizü's-Sirâciyye and by simplifying to the modern Turkish.Our study consists of two parts. In the introduction, we told general information related to feraiz science and poem ferâizs. Subsequently, the informations have given about of the life and works of writer, based on the sources that we can attainIn the first part, it was given informations regarding of the name of work, reason of the spelling and copies, afterwards, the informations in question was analysed in terms of religious conceptsThe second part contains the presentation of work, the comparison of copies and comparative text that we have prepared benefit by both copies.Key Words: Poem Ferâiz, Rûşenî, Reyyî
