Özet (EN)

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Systems is a developing technology in wireless communication technologies and is very common in applications in many areas, primarily logistics. The three basic elements of RFID systems are readers, labels, and antennas. The data requested from the label is received via radio frequency, and the data to be added is written or stored. An efficient inventory control is achieved by carrying out data collection, storage, control and follow-up on multiple sites on the product being tracked, using portable stickers attached to or fixed on the vehicle body. The latest RFID Systems technology has evolved into a structure that is capable of being integrated with wireless technologies. Recent academic and commercial studies point to great the potential for RFID applications especially in the logistics sector. RFID technology is a technology that has a structure that is applicable to many platforms and can be used in all stages of supply chain management, including library, health, education, security, animal husbandry, highway systems, personnel tracking systems. This study aims to give information about the structure of RFID technology, as well as its historical development, usage areas, security, advantages and disadvantages. In particular, the RFID system is examined from the logistical process perspective.
