Abstract (EN)
In this study, eigth reinforced concrete frames and one 3D reinforced concrete structure were analyzed for determining whether a consistency exists betwene the two codes. All of the structures have different structural features, and they were subjected to the same level of seismic hazard. . For the all analyzes, the seismic zone is 1, effective ground acceleration coefficient (Ao) is 0.4, ground class is Z3 and building importance factor (I) is 1.All of the structures were calculated acording to the Basics For Determining Seismic Risk Of Building , Turkish Eartquke Code chapter seven linear elastic method andnon-linear inelastic method (pushover). After that, their seismic performances were determined and compared to each other to determine the consitency of three different and legally valid approaches.
