Abstract (EN)

In this study, metal complexes were synthesized with Al(III), Cr(III), Fe(III), Mn(III) ve Cu(II) by using Rhodanine-N-Acetic Acid ligand. The structures of synthesized metal complexes have been characterized by using spectroscopic and analytic methods such as elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, FT-IR, AAS, and TG. It was determined that the complexes has octahedral geometry. The effects of the metal complexes on the disorder of memory which is an important symptom of Alzheimer's Disease were studied on lab rats and tissues were analysed at Pathology and Pharmacology Laboratory of Department of Pharmacology Faculty of Medicine, Çukurova University.
