Göç sürecinde toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri örnek olay: Alzas'taki Türkiyeli kadınlar

This research depicts the integration process of immigrant women to international migration policies and possible transformation of gender roles throughout the process of integration and migration. In the scope of this research, the role of women as a fundamental actor of migration is analysed through women's role in politics and their position in the migration studies. In this context, women from different generations and migration trends will be investigated under the dynamics of liberation/ subservience in terms of their changing/ stable statuses in the French society and daily practices. These groups of women are the first generation of immigrant women who migrated to France beginning from the early years of 1970s, the second generation as the former group's children and the third generation of immigrant women who are about to be twenty years old or women sent to France as "imported" brides.
