Abstract (EN)
Objectives: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common systemic autoimmune disease which is affects many organs and tissues. In this study, serological markers that can help in the early detection and development risk of RA-ILD was invesigated. Materials and Methods: In our study, the follow-up and treatment characteristics of 87 patients who were followed up in the Internal Medicine Rheumatology Department between 2019-2020 were obtained by scanning the files of the patients and the computer automation system used in our hospital. Serum IP10, HSP90 and HSP70 levels were compared with patients with and without lung involvement, and biomarker relationships with disease involvement were evaluated. Results: The average of our patients is 59.9±10.8 years. Patients with pulmonary involvement were at an older age. The mean ESR value was found to be 38.52±19.64 in patients with lung involvement and 28.12±13.77 in patients without lung involvement, which was statistically significant. In the comparison between uptake patterns and biomarkers, the RF value was found to be statistically significantly higher in patients with nodule pattern. In addition, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between RF and IP10 and between DAS-28 score and RF. Conclusion: The advanced age of RA patients with lung involvement was found to be statistically significant in our study, similar to the literature. The highest percentage of nodules and UIP were detected in patients, and it is similarly seen in the literature. A statistically significant difference was found between the patients' ESR and lung involvement. In the evaluation of the involvement pattern and biomarkers, the RF value was statistically significant in patients with nodules. In addition, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between RF and IP10. New biomarker studies are promising in the early detection of ILD, which is an important cause of mortality and morbidity. Key words: HSP70, HSP90, IP10, interstitial lung disease, rheumatoid arthritis
