Place of oligarchs in the foreign trade and politics of the Russian federation

After the down fall of USSR, Russia, the new Federation, accepted capitalistic economic mode is for its economy. While the core of the economy and politics was being changed in the 20th century in Russia emerged business people with a vast abundancy. Oligarhcs that had influence on Russian economy started to have impact on its politics too. This thesis is aimed to reveal the influence of Russian oligarchs on its foreign trade and political life.In order to fathom Russian elite being quite influencial in both Russian economy and politics, the first part of the thesis informs of their historical background. The researchs about old Russian cities, Russian Empire and its authorities are presented in the work.In the second part of the thesis, the information concerned structure forming the basis of Russian oligarchy, that is nomenklatura, is displayed. The same part demonstrates reforms of Gorbachev and Yeltsin who played an important roles in the formation of new Russian oligarch system and its representatives. In addition to this, the thesis also gives the plays to the subjects of not only economical altering, but also to their change on the view of age, sex, social structures etc. in the lives of oligarchs.In the third part, the oligarchs emerging by means of privatizations during Yeltsin's leadership their corruption in privatization and Yeltsin's oligarchs role in political scene were given by facts.In the fourth part the information of oligarchs from Yeltsin's and Putin's periods were given. The researches on the relations of oligarchs in Yeltsin's period, the attacks in Putin's period which were done under the pretext bribery and corruption, the oligarchs who objected to it and the oligarchs influence on Russia's foreign trade were presented.
