Wind energy and a wind plant which is designed for Elazığ conditions

Most of energy sources exhausts by the time, but the wind energy will never exhausts unless the sun disappears. Wind enegy is known for long ages. In this study; wind, anemometers, wind energy, conversions of wind enegy into electrical energy, wind turbines, wind plants and the climate of Elazığ are investigated.
