Comparison of Sa'lebi's tafsir al-kashf wa-al-beyan and begavi̇'s tafsir me'alim al-tenzil in terms of shape and content

COMPARISON OF SA'LEBI'S TAFSIR AL-KASHF WA-AL-BEYAN AND BEGAVİ'S TAFSIR ME'ALIM AL-TENZIL IN TERMS OF SHAPE AND CONTENT Sa'lebî has an important place in the field of tafsir with his work named al-Kashf wa-al-Beyan. It has also been an powerful source for the commentators after him. The most important tafsir that al-Kashf wa-al-Beyan's sourced from is Beğavî's Me'alım al-Tenzıl. When looked at, it is seen that there are great similarities between the works and it is thought that these similarities should be determined exactly. For this reason, in this study, it is aimed to introduce the mentioned works and commentators properly and to reveal their importance. At the same time, the similarities and differences between the two tafsir have been tried to be revealed. The mentioned similarities and differences were examined in terms of form and content. These two works; When compared in terms of language, style, subject, explanation, interpretation, narration, acumen, İstishad, İsraılıyyat, judgments, theological interpretations, fiqh explanations and Qur'anic sciences, it is seen that there are many similarities. However, there are places that show slight differences between al-Kashf and Me'alım al-Tenzıl. These; Tafsir of short suras, explanations of language, ishari tafsir, poetry and istishad, fiqh explanations, parables, weak and topical narrations, ısraılıyyat.
