Şâbân-i Şifâî Şifâ'iyye Fi't-tib (Introduction, analysis [Phonetic,morphological]-text-index)

The focus of the present study, prepared as a thesis of Master of Arts, is the work named Şifâ'iyye Fi't-Tıb by Şâbân Şifâî. The study involves introduction, text, spelling properties, phonetic and morphological analysis and index. In the introduction, some information about Old Oghuz Turkish, Ottoman Turkish, medical texts written between XIII.-XVII centuries in Anatolia are presented. There is also some information on the writer and the work itself. Moreover, the subject, importance, onbejtive and methodology of the study are mentioned. In the analysis, the phonetic and morphological properties of the text are analyzed through diachronic and synchronic methods with relevant examples, under specific chapters. In the chapter of Text, the transcribed version of the work named Şifâ'iyye Fi'tTıb is given. Each page and line of the work is given in numbers. In the Index, the meaning of the words with their origins is given.
