Sebk-i Hindi current has begun to show effects since 18.century.The poet who wasaffected by this literary movement followed the principles in his work.Divan literature's artful language became more complex,resembled a riddle because of this trend,so works of this period were difficult to read and understand.The poet as an representative of Sebk-i Hindi continued to use Persain language as a tradition;but gave importance the simplicity of it.Sabri Şakir,with the mastery of using language and poetry received praise through Nef'i and Murad IV.So he became popular in this period.The poet,in his work,used the different verses of Aruz expertly.And the imagination of him has been seen significantly.There is a worldly love in contrast to most of Divan poets.The work, also includes the words that have the qualities of proverb and the maxim used by lots of people has adopted its own structure in our literature.Keywords: Ence, Love, Nightingale.
