Abstract (EN)
Today, the materials commonly used in industry are steels and aluminium. In this study, first of all, the effect of variable parameters on natural frequency in sheets that have undergone the press brake production process using Erdemir 6112 DKP steel sheet material and Referans Metal 1050 H14 aluminium sheet material was examined comparatively by using the finite element method. Variable parameters for the bended sheet; changes in material, sheet thickness, bend length, bend width, bend angle and bend radius are modeled in 3D in the SOLIDWORKS package program. In order to calculate these models with the finite element method, the effect of the variable parameters on the natural frequency was determined by using the ANSYS package program and comparatively examined with the help of graphics.
