I start our words: Praise be to Almighty Allah and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad-i Mustafa and his blessed generation and companions. The science of tafsir of the Quran is the highest, most sublime, honorable and valuable of the sciences, because it deals with the words of the saintly owner of everything, who owns all sciences. The science of tafsir of the Quran is the only key to explain its miraculous and wonderful style as the most correct way to understand the Quran. Therefore, for the continuation of my education process, I choose this department and wish success from Almighty Allah. In this respect, I found an article, which is a very valuable work of exquisite value for study and research. This article is Sadreddin Alshirwani's footnotes to Albaydhawi's (Surah Fatiha) commentary. This thesis consists from 2 parts. The first part includes information about Alsharwani's name, surname, birth, family, qualifications, death, place of knowledge, and what did he said about the Islamic scholars. Thereafter, I wanted to tell about the author's multiple knowledge by mentioning the method of following Albaydhawi's commentary, by referring to his different sciences, explanations and comments. Likewise, among these sciences and knowledge, he was familiar with the methods of tafsir, fiqh issues, different readings, as well as the knowledge and techniques of the Arabic language. In this section in question, I made sure that the inscription belongs to the author by revealing its scientific value, and I took care to determine its title in the light of various references. Next, I described the copies I received support from and did a text research on a noble scientific program, following the books of great researchers such as Abdalsalam Harun, Ramazan Abdaltawwab and Bashshar Awwad Marouf etc. The importance of the thesis is understood from the importance of Albaydhawi's commentary and the high office it came from. That is, many commentators have focused on matters that remain mysterious to him. They tried to explain and give meaning to what they wrote with footnotes, either in harmony or in opposition to Albaydhawi's ideas. On this basis, I have tried to focus on religious issues and linguistics such as rhetoric and grammar by researching the footnotes recorded by Alsadr Alshirwani on Albaydhawi's commentary. The purpose of this is to be useful as the footnotes contribute to knowing the ingenuity of the owner at the time. In addition, the article in question contains information that will explain the culture of its owner and shows how important it is. The above-mentioned information contains the important points of the work done for the realization of this thesis. We wish him to walk in the path of Allah, the Exalted, the path of sincerity, acceptance and truth.
