Abstract (EN)
The invasion of the Genghis Khan Empire in Iran brought along political, economic and social depressions. While these depressions were going on, XIV. Safiyüddin İshak Erdebili had founded the Safavid Sect in the city of Ardebil at the beginning of the century. While the Safavid Sect had a Sunni character at the beginning, it took on a political face by incorporating some Shiite elements together with the later sheikhs. The Turkmen tribes in Anatolia, accustomed to living comfortably with this power, were offended by the Ottoman Empire, thinking that they could not keep up with the centralization efforts of the dominant state, the Ottoman Empire, that they were not strong enough to pay the taxes, and that they were pushed into the background when they were the main element of the state. In addition, the Safavid sheikhs, who saw that these groups had a different excitement in terms of religion, tied these groups to themselves and carried out propaganda activities in Anatolia. With the help of these Turkmen groups, they established a Shiite state in Tabriz. Keywords: Safavids, Turkomans, Erdebil Order's, Qizilbash
